Video: Transform Your Reporting and Analytics | Duration: 5400s | Summary: Transform Your Reporting and Analytics
Transcript for "Transform Your Reporting and Analytics": Hello. Good afternoon. Good morning, everyone. Great to see so many of you already online, and welcome to this webinar on on reporting. We are continuing our successful series more from the core. And, for those of you who don't know me, my name is Juha Tomi. I'm a customer success manager based here in Helsinki, Finland, and, I'll be hosting this session today together with my expert colleagues. And, let's go through a little bit of what we're going to talk about today. Firstly, of course, the product statement. You might have seen this under the title safe harbor in the past, but, really, we will talk about road map items most likely. And so, make any purchase decisions based, on what's in the product today regarding Workday. And now with that and out of the way, we can have a look at what are we here to talk about. So more from the core. It's a great successful brand of webinars now. We've had the joy of having so many of you joining our sessions in the past. So first one, earlier also late last year, we had on AI, and, then we had one on UX. And, now 3rd series, more from the core, reporting. And what we're here to focus on, how you can get more out of your core core reporting capabilities. We'll show some tricks and tips, and, we go to a live demo as well at some point today. Now what's happening in the future? So you can expect more of these webinars under the same theme. Here, you can see at the bottom of the slide, you can see a little bit of of date slots already, and we'll be then sending information around the content on those. And, of course, you know, we have a couple of topics that we've been, discussing with with you guys in in the customer, base, and we know that's relevant for you. We have some ideas. But please let us know, what you'd like to have, more from the core webinar on, and we'll make that happen in the future. Right. So today, first, we are joined by my my my colleague Ronan, who will cover a little bit on the reporting strategy, where we're going, with our analytics. Then Yoni will join to have a look at actual you know, what does it look like? Discovery boards and such, a live demo. And then we will close off with how to get an overview of your reporting adoption. So what can you do yourself, in looking into your Workday adoption and how to get most out of, the products that you have. So we'll finish off with that. Couple of technicalities before we kick off with Ronan. You can see your chat there. So you can post questions. We will take q and a after each of these sections. So I'll come back on stage, help a little bit with the filtering of those questions, and then we'll have our experts answer those. And then, of course, if we don't get around answering all your questions, we will go through each of them and provide a written response and a reply, to each set each question that you submit here, together with the slides, from today. So you get all the re you get the recording, of course, afterwards, and then you get the the material and then answers to your questions after the session as well. You'll also see a couple of pop up polls maybe during the session. So, don't be surprised if a question comes up on your screen. Answer that, and then that will guide us a little bit, in terms of where you are on your reporting journey. Okay. And with that, I will hand over to Ronan. Okay. Hello. Thanks very much for the introduction. So just, yeah, hello to everyone. Just to introduce myself. My name is Ronan Walsh. I'm a senior product manager on the discovery boards team based out of Dublin in Ireland. So, yeah, thanks for having us here today. So just before we move into the strategy and vision of core reporting, we look at product strategy and road maps. Let's have a little look at just how we see clients through this data analytics maturity model with the ultimate view to reach level 5, which is total workforce insights. So we've all seen organizations that are in this level 0 black hole. Spend occurs, but there's really minimal data analytics performed outside of your individual systems, and it's really hard to see what's going on. Moving up a little level to level 1 is more about reactive reporting is what we would say. So it's time consuming. It's a task that's prone to more cost and errors, and really kind of lack that agility that businesses need to have some dynamic decision making based on their, data in today's business. Level 2 and level 3, this is really where we see most of the industry. So in some of our recent webinars and at different sessions, with Workday, almost all of our attendees self reported being in this level 2 and level 3, which is what we would define as basic repeatable reporting and defined analytics. So you're looking at data that's in its current state. It's typically 1 or 2 datasets, and it's for some basic employee information. The next level, level 4, is where we start to see multiple data sources being analyzed for insights. So it helps really helps drive business decisions towards future success. But because of the data limitations and some of the integration limitations, these analytics tend to focus on your full time employee data, which, as we know, leads to a percentage of your workforce and spend being totally unaccounted for in your analysis. So our goal is to kind of really help our clients climb towards level 5, for data insights, which is what we term as total workforce insights. So this is bringing your entire workforce data in parallel datasets for advanced analytics of both full time employee and non employee data to provide you with that large scale perspective, historical lookbacks, and to allow future predictability. And it gives you an opportunity to look at the workforce's mix that can shape your direction for your strategy. So that's how we view your workforce data maturity. And one of my colleagues, Katarina, is going to put, I think, a poll on screen. You should see somewhere right now. Just to see where would you place your organization within this kind of level of maturity model? Where would you say your reporting stands in today's? Okay. Okay. So interesting. So, again, level 2 and level 3 is really where the majority of people kind of are self reporting. So it's that tallies with a lot of our sessions to date. So, yeah, that's really interesting. Just one second. I think I've lost my presentation, Havi. Yes. Okay. So, so why Workday Analytics? Really has 3 core elements. So security, so there's single security model, which allows granule permission control that goes beyond your role based security and adapts to your organizational change and needs. Distribution, so easily easy to distribute across your workforce. And, again, experience, so the insights and actions that can be viewed within your system of record, which is the key thing with Workday, while maintaining that same security Workday model access. Those are the 3 real key drivers as to why Workday Analytics. And if we look just as, you know, the range of, the suite of products that are available, so HR teams have a large set of challenges. As you can see, Workday has a full spectrum of solutions to help you optimize your workforce. But for today's session, we're gonna focus I'm going to focus at least on Workday core reporting, with a focus on HCM. So think about this as your analysis toolkit, which is automatically available to everybody as a Workday customer. The other products that are here, so Workday people analytics, prism analytics, adaptive planning, pecan employee voice, and extend. Again, if you want to follow-up after the session with one of the team, we can get in touch with you and go into more detail on those elements. But today's focus will be on Workday core reporting. So core reporting, as I said, it's available and used by all of Workday's customers, and currently over 5,000 customers actively on in live production environments today. That's really seen as critical in running their day to day operations, and it's integral for their analysis across their organizations. It's built for scale, and enables enterprise wide distribution. So there are more than 18a half 1000000 monthly active users across core reporting with 5 over 5,000,000,000 monthly executions, which is giving a wealth of reporting, dashboards, ad hoc analysis capabilities at your fingertips. But as you can see, it's built for scale, and there's high volume of users across Workday using it. And this includes the tools report writer and discovery boards, which we'll look at in more detail now. So the two primary products that I'm gonna look at are core reporting or report writer, and discovery boards. So in report writer, many of you probably use this. You can build reports and dashboards for operational management analysis needs. And to get you started, there we've we've got delivered over 3,000 reports in 75 dashboards, and the key kind of authoring in, ReportWriter is focused on report writers and admin levels. The second tool, which is on ad hoc analysis, is discovery boards, the tool that's me and my colleagues work on. And this is focused on the ad hoc analysis. So not only can you report to writers and admins users, but also business users like HR analytics teams across your organizations. It's more lower level users. So it's more intuitive. It's got drag and drop interface, and you've got the ability to create your data sources and fields that they can see. And as well in discovery boards, we have prebuilt discovery boards. So if you haven't had an opportunity to start, we'd highly recommend you getting your hands on one of the delivered discovery boards, pay equity, for example, and just looking at what's available within the product. So you can use your reports in many days in Workdays in Workday. Firstly, they can be embedded and distributed within Workday applications itself. So some examples are, let's say, profile groups in the example above. The report's been added to an employee profile. That could be Workday data in just the right format, or it could be external data that you brought in via Prism. This can then be embedded in a business process, so that information can be provided all within the context of the business process to help make informed decisions without having to navigate away from where your transaction is. So, again, it's in your system of record. It's in your flow of your data your day to day tasks. And finally, when you need to export, some of the options are, done into Excel directly, from the outputs of a report run or using reporting as a service or RAS for reports, which we can use for integrations. And I think, again, there's another poll that my colleague is going to produce here just to see which usage tools have you implemented within your own organizations. And I can't see the results of that on my screen, but, hopefully, everyone's busily typing away and, giving their insights. So now let's have a oh, hang on. Sorry. Here it comes. So, yeah, so as expected, over half of you, are implemented on report writer and dashboards. Glad good to see a high 20 percent 20% embedded analytics and approaching 20% in discovery boards. So, yeah, that's all good to see. If I could go back to the slides, Katerina. Yeah. Perfect. Thank you. So yeah. So now let's just focus in on discovery boards, which is now actively used in over 1300 customers in their product in their production tenants. And over the last 2 years, we've seen a real growth, in both monthly active users and monthly queries. So it's really taking hold in customers' analysis portfolios, and it's gonna be a key product, across our customer base. So, again, I touched on this briefly earlier on, but at a high level, discovery boards is the tool to perform ad hoc analysis and data exploration. It's very interactive. Creating a discovery board can be done very quickly. And just like in report writer and dashboards, we have delivered discovery board content. So if you don't wanna start from scratch, you can copy these into your tenant, update some of the elements, and see your data come to life will come to to life right in front of your eyes. Best of all, it's free. So all of our customers have it as part of their setup. All you need to do, as I said, is select a data source, drag a few fields into the builder panel, and watch the data come alive in the visualization right before your own eyes, and, again, based on real time data, which is the real attraction of discovery boards. So why are the discovery boards focus areas for the CICD upcoming releases? So a part of our strategy and road map, the two main areas of focus in the next few releases for discovery boards are all around visual analysis and foundational enhancements. So visual analysis in discovery boards has undergone significant transformation in the past number of releases, empowering our users' new enhancements and diverse range of visualization types. So these advancements aim to transform the way the data is explored and presented to offer your teams deeper insights and enable more informed decision making. And then looking at foundational enhancements, that's the core of our commitments to provide customers with their best possible experience. So these enhancements, include discovery board management, comprehensive data coverage, product integration, and increased performance and scale. So within the next 25 r one and the immediate future releases, these are the 2 areas of focus. So I'll go into the pivot table enhancements in a subsequent slide. That's gonna be one of our biggest focus areas over the next couple of releases. But just to call out some of the other areas, of focus in 25 r one and future releases, so geo maps, and I'll look at this in a second as well. Geomaps in 25 r one r one plus window, and then building on that with another new vis type around funnel vis in our future releases. Local calcs, which allows you to create sim will allow you to create, simple arithmetic expressions in line with other spreadsheet tools that you're well use well accustomed to. And local calcs is a frequent request in both customer forums and, community based brainstorms. So that's something that's coming shortly to the product or in future releases to the product. And then discovery board metrics. So I go into that in another slide after this as well, but just to show you the breadth of features that we're looking to develop over the next couple of releases. So as I said, pivot tables enhancements are really the focus over the next couple of releases. We're really looking to transform entirely the pivot table experience in discovery boards with multiple impactful enhancements. So it behaves with the other pivot table tools that you're all accustomed to using. The key difference here is that we want you to have the ability to perform your key analysis on pivot tables within Workday so you can leverage everything else that is within the product suite, like the real time data and the security model, which we mentioned earlier. So there's no need for you to export out, and you can do your analysis directly where your data lives in your system of record. 3 key focus areas for pivot tables, are consumability. So that focuses on the ease of viewing the pivot data and how best we use the real estate on your screen. For those of you who use it today, you're probably accustomed to the pivot table viz showing quite small. We wanna use the full size of the screen, dynamically reshaping, and to basically allow it easier for you to axe or view the data that's in your pivot table. Visual analysis are the key features that help you perform your data analysis. And then interactivity is all about how you can click and interact with directly with the pivot table, with filtering in grid, sorting in grid, filtering by aggregations, and other features that we'll develop over the coming releases. This is just the overview slide. So you can see from this, we plan to deliver a lot of enhancements in the area. And, again, just touching back on the idea that it's to to keep you within Workday, within the security model to allow you to perform all your analysis where you need to. This summary slide highlights a couple of the areas that we're looking to touch in the next couple of releases. There is more. Sorry. Excuse me. So hopefully, this paints the picture of where we intend to transform the pivot table experience in the in the short term. Another area that we're really excited about is the new GeoMap and the addition of a new GeoMap visualization for discovery boards. So this will allow you to apply a heat map for aggregate summaries of geographic characteristics and display it visually on a map. So as you can see here, I've got EMEA selected. All customers would need to do is select a dimension related to either country or country region, and it'll display based on the data within your tenant. You can refine it down based on the top end results, like top 10 territories, or on value ascending descending. So some of the use cases that have come up in customer forums around this would be, you know, looking at my headcount by country, my average salary by country regions. So we're really excited about this. And it's, you know, the first new vis type in a little while on discovery board, so it's starting our journey on geo maps. And then, as I said, coming in the next release on FunnelViz. So, yeah, really excited about this one. And I think it looks quite cool too. Right? Hyperlinks and discovery boards. So, again, this is coming shortly. So users users will be able to add quick links into discovery boards to improve their function improve the functionality and provide more efficient exploration for users. So So you'll be able to add hyperlinks, in Discovery Board's descriptions, allowing you to incorporate external resources, references, or websites directly within your board to give additional context to the visualization on display. Filtering on aggregations. So this is a powerful new feature, which is gonna provide editors with great flexibility and control over their analysis. So users will now be able to use filters based on measures like sum, average, min, max, percentile, median, count distinct. So we feel this will help you pick out really the most important parts or focus on specific data groups that meet certain requirements. So it's all about making it easier to identify key segments or subsets of data, explore the trends, the patterns, and obtain accurate insights within your data by using these filter and aggregation values. And then the Discovery Board's usage, as I mentioned this earlier, but, yeah, one of the enhancements coming in the next releases are around Discovery Board's usage metrics. So Discovery Board's admins would be able to access powerful usage metrics, providing insights into the how discovery boards are utilized within your organizations. This has come up in discussion as well a number of times in different user forums and community groups. You as users you as report creators, writers spend a lot of effort and time creating the boards and creating visualizations. And then, you know, we've had the feedback. Does leadership come to you and say, okay. These all look great. How many people have used it? How how many times has it been shared? How many times has it been copied? You know, what is the value of discovery boards within your organization? So this is a multi release journey, to basically answer that use case, to give you the ability to track discovery boards activity, user engagement, and data source insights over the next few releases. Okay. So what about Report Writer? So as part for strategy and road map, there's gonna be 2 main areas of focus on Report Writer, so over the next couple of releases. So insights and visualizations, so these are the capabilities again. Sorry. Capabilities enhancements we'll be doing for report users to explore, analyze, and act directly within Workday. And then on the authoring and content management side, it's for report admins to provide more efficiency and a simpler authoring experience, within the tool. So looking in on, the insight and visualizations piece, in 25 r one I won't go through all of these, but just some of the highlights are so we've got new chart types for both waterfall and scatterplot. We have, analytic dimensions for Prism data. So this will enable external data to function like Workday instances and prompts, grouping, and hierarchies. We're also looking to, extend the time period for trended worker beyond the 3 years to 5 years, which is, again, frequently asked, feature in forums, And and also increasing increased searching, on reports help you and your end users find the right reports within the system. There's thousands of them in there. This is to enable a better search. So looking beyond 25 r one on insights and visualizations, we're going to, deliver con conversational analysis is the one we're really excited about. Yeah. So this is looking at basically incorporating Workday Assistant and Workday Illuminate AI capabilities directly into the product, to ease your, introduce more capabilities to ease your journey, and give you more insights. So more chart types, the ability for greater control of prompt values at runtime for your users, more on search, and even more added on the composite reports journey. I think over the last couple of releases, composite reports have greatly improved, and we're continuing that journey over the next few releases. And then lastly, on the authoring and content management, we're bringing in 25 r one, r one plus. We're bringing field creation for data sources to report writer. So this is the ability to determine, which fields show up for your authors to reduce the amount of fields that are not applicable to your organization within the within the selection. Better tooling and views for managing calculated fields, and then report filter order optimizer, will allow you to reorder nonindex filters for improved performance, and it targets custom simple advanced and matrix support with at least 2 nonindex filters. So looking beyond 25 r one, it's, again, focused on improved findability through AI for data sources and fields, more usability improvements for composite reporting, and expanding on mass action capabilities for maintaining updating content like reports and calculated fields. So as you can see, we've got some really exciting new features and enhancements planned for report right over the coming releases to truly enhance your reporting journey across Workday. And Hey. Great. Thanks, Ronan. We've got a couple of got a few questions on the q and a. We'll go to those in a minute. But yeah. How about, like, these takeaways that you would like to sort of summarize to our audience? Yeah. Yeah. So, like, these here on screen are really top three takeaways for us within the product org for core reporting and discovery boards. So I think the key takeaways for the audience today is that we're really looking to add more capabilities to explore, analyze, and act directly in Workday. That's where your data is. That's where your it's your system of record. We want you to be able to perform all your analysis and explore your data directly in there. Expanding and adding the new capabilities for report admins and authors, especially on the report writer side. And then the third one, which hopefully came across in this earlier in the presentation, is we're really focusing in on transforming the pivot table experience in discovery boards. It's a key area for us. And I think it's, you know, again, the number of like, you know, again, keeping users where their data is real time data. It's secure. It's in your systems. Not having the need feeling the need to export out to perform visual analysis tasks that they should be able to perform in the system in discovery board. So that's that's the key areas for over the next, yeah, 2, 3 releases is real focus on these areas. Okay. Great. Let's have a look at some, these questions. I'll help you out. There's there's lots coming in. Okay. I haven't seen any of the question forums. So let this is real live real live TV. I got your back. I got your back. And just for everyone's benefit, if Ronan or our back background crew here, if we don't have the proper answer, we'll get back to you in a written format afterwards. So and, we might have time to cover all of them, but let's let's start with something. So I've got, a question. Let's start with, Helena's question around, can you provide some real life examples where discovery boards are more beneficial or better tool than dashboards, please? So I realized how are discovery boards better or more usable or more you know, how are how are they better than dashboards? Yeah. Well, I mean, I would say, again, it's looking back at the ad hoc reporting capabilities. It's intuitive. Discovery words is, you know, has live visualizations within there. It's on your real time data. If you wanna just look as you know, give me my I wanna see how how diverse is my labor for or my workforce across the regions. All you gotta do is go in, select your data source, select, you know, location, gender, and you can visualize it in whatever charts. You can change the charts. It it's quite dynamic in that way, to answer those kind of questions without having to go out to to a dashboard, I would say. Yeah. Yeah. We can see, but when I speak to my customers and with with my colleagues here that we and we saw from the poll as well that, you know, many customers have started to take into use this discovery board. So, you know and, so they're a great way to actually share the data, make it the data available to to to many people. And I've seen I've seen Yoni's demos live in the past, and, you know, it's it's not it's not crazy hard to start building those. So I I encourage everyone to get on this journey, and, of course, Yoni will soon show it in real life to all of us in his next slot. Let me find another question here for for for you, Ronen. Let's see. I think I had something highlighted here. There there would be one, slightly technical, but let's see how we get on with that. So how does Workday handle performance issues related to real time data processing and visualization? Okay. I need maybe a little bit more context on that. So the I guess, Lucas is maybe maybe he's after a little bit, like, you know, when we use, you know, the the data and the real time processing in his up capacity maybe and the visualizations, maybe there's been some performance issue in terms of running reports and, you know, producing the visualization. Do you have any experience on that, or should we take that offline with I think we take that offline, but I think in the for Prism and for Workday delivered, data sources, we don't have we we we aren't seeing a lot of performance concerns or feedback coming from customers. Again, it's based on real time data. There is the a time out mechanism in Workday or sorry. Within discovery boards, it's not a massive it's not it's not been reported to us as a big concern by a lot of by most of our customers. So I but, again, if it's a particular use case, we can follow-up directly, after the session. Or I can get my colleagues more technical data on how how the response times are are created and kept. Yeah. Sure. And, if I think back now, my my meetings I've not heard huge discussions around performance around around these. So, but we can look into that if we if we, if we get more look as if you get more specific use case on that, then, you know, happy to happy to follow-up on that for you. Okay. I think I see Yoni coming in. Yoni's coming in. I think we are good to move to the next slot. Thanks so much, Ronan. Thanks very much everyone. And, yeah. Yoni, our super demo reporting guru, I'll hand over to you and, take it from here. Thank you, Johan. So let me let me share share my screen here. So over there just a comment on that performance. It's very important when building discovery reports, when you do filtering, that you do it on the indexed fields. So try to always stay with the index fields and then everything runs fast. So that's just one note on it. But but as you have said, I will be running through the demo. And my name is Sione Akoski. I'm a principal solution consultant and focusing on our analytics offering based in the our Helsinki office in Finland. For the demonstration, about half an hour or so, I will go through 3 things. So we will look at the report right up, then we will go to the discover reports, and last piece is also for the Workday slides, so how you can build updatable presentations within Workday. Let me go. So let's get going. So embedded analytics and reporting with report writers. So in this section, we will focus a bit on the dashboarding and reporting. Let's start from the basics. So we have people who are new new to workday reporting, so it's important important to to start from the from the beginning and show you the basics how things works. Then I will talk about embedding those, reports, so how we can embed reports in the profile and business processes. The demo person today will be Logan McNeil. Many of you have seen her before. So she's the HR business partner, have access to everything in Workday. She's also a report administrator and also a team manager, so we will look at things from different perspectives a bit. But, basically, she have access to all the features involved. And, of course, for the end users, the security is restricting the access to what data they can see in a report, what report they see, and etcetera. Alright. But with that, let's go to the demonstration and start with the 3 part priorities. I have logged in here as Logan. And as said, Logan has access to everything, and her row is wide. So doing HR, being an administrator, being a team management. So in the home menu, there is many things on her. But the key here is that in the home menu, you can embed dashboards, reports, discover reports as well. There was a question on that for the different roles. We will start with a dashboard called HCM vision port. It's a dashboard that we use for our demonstration, so it's gathering information from different aspects of Workday. So for example, we see the workforce planning section, organizational health, belonging and diversity, employee experience, and executive summary. In the top here, in the, dashboards, you have the announcements. So it can be an announcement on something that has happened in the organization, maybe announcement on a new report or something or just the information for the end user, and it can contain links. Then we have on top bottom below that, we have the different tabs. So as I said, in this case, we have 5 different tabs on the report and then the actual reports of worklets as we call them for this report. So we have workforce visibility as compound to pipeline time to filter character jobs. This is something that you build so you configure these dashboards, what you view here. Let's focus on this workforce visibility. Now in Workday, we are operating, on the object model, the same object model where the data is stored, stored when you do your transactions in when your processes in Workday. So we pull the data in real time from that object model. That means that, for example, we have here 599, our head count or the total workers in this organization, including employees and contingent workers. That means that I can drill down into it. So in the report definition, you can define that what are the trigger paths or the trigger fields that you can drill into as a user. So let's say that I would be interested of this, total workforce by top performers to understand how many top performers we have. You see 179 there. I can visualize that in chart easily. And then maybe I want to slice dice by something else, let's say, high retention risk. So top performers, high retention risk, refresh that, and I will get a matrix where we see that we have 44 of those high performers, that are top performers that are high retention risk. And further down, I could drill down or just view the details, which will give me the list of the employees in that category. And when it's blue, you can do in Workday so you can take direct actions from this report. So let's say that I would like to know more about Hans here. I can click 3 dots, and it will give me the profile of that worker here in in the report. So imagine doing reporting elsewhere, it would be really hard to make that into into the Workday profile when you do it in Workday. You have all of this information available on your fingertips. So that's an example of how you can go from top drill down into the details. About the visualization types, Ronen already mentioned that there are more coming, but just to show you what we have. So there is some basics ones here. So by charts, column chart, bar chart, or a chart line such. These are stuff you can have tables in your dashboards. And then we have what we what more kind of an AGM specific, visualization type. As an example here, we have our our inbox visualization, so showing the lost impact by retention. You can also have KPIs, etcetera. Let's focus on this lost impact by retention. If I view more, if you open me that report in the full you full screen mode, and I can see that who are the was impact minor, moderate, and huge, and then the retention is from low and high. And, of course, I'm interested of the top right corner, so where we should take actions. We have 16. And in the report, you can have the facet filters. So I could filter this, but let's see those take action who are actually in the base base segment, the lowest segment or below that. So who are those individuals, the workers? And I could see that we have 6 of them. And then, again, I can click it, and it will take me to the profile. So that's an example of a dashboard. As said, there is 75 plus dashboards that comes with Workday and and thousands of reports in Workday. You can use them as they are. You can modify them into your need, or you can build total customers. Just to show you another one, a bit of a bit different perspective is the my team management. So remember, Logan is also, also the, team manager. So she has a team of 4 people. So in the my team management, she will see information from the team, team summary, recruiting, learning, talent and performance information, time and absence, and compensation. And here is a great example of a report that is leveraging our object model, so bringing data from different aspects. So seeing the team stats, looking at the retention, years in the current job, pay for my trading, annual base pay, and even a succession in the same group. And this is the power of the object model that you can combine these different, different areas into one report easily in word. If you would be interested of one of these, so we could go, for example, click to Maria Carlo, so see it in the new tab, and it will open the profile of Marsh. Now I'm an admin, so I have wide access to the profile, but, of course, the access in profile is frustrated by by the security in Word. So in the dashboards, we have those reports of the worklets embedded, but you can also embed reports into profiles. Meaning that you can have a custom report in different parts of the or different different profiles in work and different parts of those profiles. So for example, in compensation here, we have built a report called employee compensation analysis, and it's embedded into that profile, restricted to Maria's information. So great way to share information in the organization of individuals, or maybe it could be also in the organization profile or customer profile. You name it. In different type of profiles in Workday, you can embed these reports. Other way of sharing the information is through our processes. So let's say that we want to do a compensation change for Maria. So I can start the compensation change process here. It will ask me some information. I will just default it what we have. And then when the process starts, so I get to the first step, it will it will show me what we call embedded analytics. I I like to call them flying analytics because they just fly in here. So the idea here is that in the information that you need to make the, in this case, the compensation change decision, so bringing the data that you need, for that decision easily available here in the process. Not need to go to somewhere else in another system to read the reports or something, separate reports or anything. Having that as a part of the experience here. And what we have done here in this process is that we have market data for compensation events. So market data. So for the comparison, then a comparison between, people or workers that are in a similar row. So Maria is the black line here, representing quite a average median compensation. Then we have the employee conversationalist, the same report that we actually saw in the profile. It's embedded here. And the employee talent analysis and employ employee employment history. And this is example in the compensation change process. This capability is in many other processes as well in Workday. Just to name a few very common ones where this is used, expense reports, maybe performance reviews, things like that so you can have data that you need in those processes available in the in the in the in the process window itself. And this is, of course, now with Workday data. Rona mentioned in the beginning the capability with Prisma Alteryx. So if you own Prism Analytics, this could be based on the external data as well. So the Prism Analytics is the cap capability to bring external data as part of your reporting analytics in work. Imagine that you would have benchmarking data from outside in this case. So anything that you might need in your process is outside of work. Okay. How you can do this? So how you how you embed that those reports into the profiles? So let me take, that employee compensation analysis report. I will actually open it in a new tab here. So that's the report that we saw in the profile, and it's a report that we saw in the in the process. So it's been embedded already. So I want to just show you how you do it. We will provide also in the documentation the link in the community on how you do it so you don't need to remember now. So I will I will show, we will have that link in the documentation. So if I want to add this into a profile or a process, there's a few things that I need to do for the report in Workday. So I will go to the custom report edit, And I need to set a few things, on the output and then share. But before going back, if you're not familiar with the report provider, so that's the place where you configure your Workday reports. And and for example, here, you define the data source in the beginning. Then you have if I scroll down a bit, you have the fields. So you remember we have those different fields. We have the photo, the comparison, then those comparison of the compensation in that free. And you can do sorting, filtering, subfilters, prompts, output, sharing condition sharing sharing, and then the advanced settings here. Let me go to the output because that's a place where you need to do few things to enable this as a worklet that you can embed it in the processes. So in the worklet op options, you need to have the enable as a worklet on, and then you need to have embedded on task. That will enable you to embed it into the process and profile, so and task as well. In the sharing, the report needs to be shared before you If it's not shared, you cannot do it, so it's important that you share it with the right users or user groups. And then you are able to do it. And how you do it? So, for example, if you want to embed this report into the a certain profile group, you go into task called pro configure profile groups. And in this case, we will choose for the worker ones. So it's embedded actually already in the conversation for worker profiles. I will choose that and show you how it looks. So this is the place you see the report here because it it was already in the profile. So it's here. If you want to add a new, just add a new and choose the report. The report needs to have filter on the worker in this case because we are embedding into the worker profile. Okay. I will not change anything. I will just cancel it. And how you embed that also into the business process is you go to the business process definition. So let's take, request, home change here. So type of request compensation change. So, for the global model services definition here, and you go to the there's a different step here or select the step where you embed it so it can be a different worklet in different steps. Hopefully, you don't hear the loud voice outside here. So main day step related worklet. So that's, the place where you go and where you define the reports that are embedded into a process. You can see here that there is the master market data that we saw in the process, compensation compared to the peers, employee compensation analysis. So that was our report. So it's been already embedded here into that process. Good. So, that's all the reports. Right? So jumping back to the presentation, I just wanted to have one slide here, a question that we get quite a lot when I speak with the customers. So how can I make reports easy to find? So as said, Webex has thousands of reports, many dashboards. So how you can make them easily available? There are a couple of tips that you can do. So you can build a report of reports using a data source called standard and custom reports that can run. That's one way. Always use report tags and brief descriptions because that will help end users to find the right reports. One way is also the one stop shop dashboard. So, basically, what I have seen is that customer building dashboards where they have row specific dashboards with the links to the most important, important, reports. And in the same way, in the hubs, you can have links in the reports. There was actually a question in the q and a about the hubs. We will not touch it more today. But, yeah, in the hubs, you can also link reports. Personalize your home menu. So home menu, what what's visible by role in the home menu, what dashboards, and the most important dashboards reports there. And, of course, reports can be made available for more as well. Alright. That's on the report provider. Then discovery reports. I will touch a few things. So first of all, the delivered discovery reports, the way it gets started, and then how you build discovery reports, how you share them, how you do an ad hoc analysis. And in the end, we will look at how to set up discovery. So let's jump back to the system. I will go to my home page, and the discovery reports now lives on the tribe. So if I click my profile picture, I will have the tribe here. If you don't have it, you haven't enabled tribe yet, so you need to enable it in your tenant. But that's the place where the discovered ports lives. You can also what I have done here is in my menu, I have embedded thrive here as a shortcut so I can easily get into the from the menu, I don't need to go to the, profile. Drive has a folder structure. This is our demo folder structure here where the documents are stored. And what doc what type of documents you store in the tribe are the discovery ports. If you are using Workday docs, those leaves on on the drive as well. Notification templates. I will talk about the Workday slides, so the presentation and workbooks later. And then, of course, you can have agnostic documents as well here on the front. In this demonstration, I have built a demo, discovery bot into the solution. So, here, the workforce force analysis. So we will look at that. If you want to get going, we also have delivered discovery port. So if I go to deliver discovery board task, you can see that what, what discovery ports Workday delivers out of the box in different areas. And you can by clicking that, you can just make a copy, and that will deploy into your 10. If you don't sorry. If you don't have access to the delivered discovery report task, then the discovery reports has not been enabled. So there is some security domain things that needs to be done in your tenant. I have a link in the presentation on the steps that what you need to do so you will find it there. Okay. Well, let's go to that workforce analysis discovery report. I have actually embedded it into the home menu as well. Yeah. So I have it under the strategic analysis. So I can just click that and that will take me to the discovery. A few things. There was a question in the q and a that what what's the difference? So, there are few key differences. So first of all, for the end users, how to view them? In this discovery report, there's only one tab called workforce analysis. There could be multiple tabs here. In one tab, in discover report, you can have 9, visualizations or worklets. So if you think about report writer dashboards, you can have only 6. So there here, you can have 9. And then for the end users here, one of the key features here is the control. So you can have predefined filters here from which they can choose values, for example, if they would like to see only the location of San Francisco. And this is something that you configure. And in the same way, if you haven't been using or let's say you look this code report last 2 years ago. So in the same way, you can drill down into these nowadays. So you can have the drill by so let's say that I would be interested of the female representation by location. So I can choose that, and it will give me by location. And in the same way, I can get to the details as on the report by showing the details. So all the individuals in that location here. And these are, again, actionable, so if I would be interested. Alex Garcia, I can click click the action button, and then it will give me the details of of the work. Let's go back. So how you then build discovery ports? I will go to the edit mode. I'm, again, an admin. I have right to edit discovery ports. This is by the security. Maybe your your end users won't have this right, but I have it here. So depending on how you want to do it. The discovery reports, I always say that it's it's like pivoting in Excel. So if you're familiar with the pivoting tool in any spreadsheet tool, it's very similar. You just pivot on the Workday Workday data. And let's build something new. So I will add a sheet into my Discord report. The first step that I do when I split this code report is I choose, I choose the data source. So, the data sources that you can choose from are the indexed data sources. It will recommend you the ones that you have been using most recently, and that why these 3 are here in the top. Now all other data sources, you might think that, okay, that's a quite a long list. We have a feature called curated data sources for discovery reports. So what you can do and what we highly recommend you to do before you start using discovery reports is that you define that which data sources you want to make available for your end users who can go into the edit mode. It will help them a lot when you have a restrict at least here of the data sources. And you can still if you want to see all the data sources in that are available, you can just turn this toggle off, and then it will list everything that is in Workday. K? But let's use the Workday for reporting for this one. The data source filter is where you start the selection first and then see prompts, which you can select or you can make them available as a control. I will just keep them as a default value. And the next step is then you go to the pillar panel, and that's where you start designing this, visualization. I will make it as a doughnut chart. So, let's make a doughnut chart. Now let's say that we want to build a visualization, on on median pay pays pay by gender and by job profile job friendly. So let's do that. So let's start with something. So, basic bio that this is where the, the objects are stored. So I will go to the basic bio category and take gender out of it. And I will just drag and drop it to the color, and then it will pull data from the workday. You see the 5 599 here as what was on the dashboard as well. This is now a pie chart. There are different visualization types, so this is good to keep in mind. So, first of all, we have matrix reports and adverse report category. Those are the visualization types that are compatible with the report writer. So, basically, what I can do, if I use any of these Matrix report or I had my report visualization type, I can go here in 3 dots and create a report writer report out of this. Some of our customers are using Discovery Reports to build the report for their reports because it's much easier just to drag and drop drop fields. If I use some, native Discovery for visualization type, then that feature is, of course, not available because we don't there's no similar visualization on the report provider side. Let's use the bar chart here. Probably the most boring visualization type that is, but it does the work. So now showing us the, headcount at this stage. We haven't chosen the base pair yet of different genders. Let's filter out the planks. I don't want to see the planks here. So let's add a filter here. So same way, I will just choose gender here, object, and is not empty. And then it's filtering down. And there is a lot of different type of filters, dynamic filters. You can make filters as controls for the end users. So there is a lot of capability around that. Now we are looking at headcount. So let's change to the base pay. And, again, you might think that why this list of objects in workers for HCM reporting? Data source is so so short because in in the data source itself, there's thousands of fields. This is short because we have done, creation on the field list, and that's something that you can do in your tenant as well, something you should do before you start using discover reports. For different primary objects, define that which objects we make by default visible in this menu here. And I have chosen there is, like, 100 objects that I usually use in my reporting, so I have created those. If I still want to see all the fields, I can just toggle turn this off, and then it will show me all. But it will make much easier for your end users to use this when you choose pre choose the fields that are there. Okay. Let's search for the base pay. I can also search if I don't want to go through the categories. And let's use the total base pay annualized in reporting currency amount here. So I will take the median of that, and I will track and drop it to the x axis. So I went to the base pay. I expanded that and choose the median, and I will drag and drop that. And now we are looking at the median base pay analyzed value in the reporting clients. And then if I want to do that job family thing that I talk about, job family, I can search for that. So single job family, let's drop it on the x axis. Now it's a bit messy maybe because the gender is on the same axis, so let's move the gender into the color to make it more accessible like that. And now we have let's close the control so we have a bit more space here. So we see the by the job family, the medium pays pay. So we have done a quick analysis, ad hoc analysis on that. And because we have enabled the drill by, I can just click this, and it will give me the drill by list. And, again, this is something that you define when you take discovery post in use. You should define this 3 by list for different objects. And I could drill down to the location or I could show details. If I want to change that 3 by field list or the show detail list by on this visualization only, I can go into the configuration panel where you have all the different configuration options on the discovery port. And I can go, for example, to the 3 by and say that add a field into that trail pile list or remove something that I don't want to have in this resources. And I can change the color as well. So let's do something like, rainbow there, color here, palette here. So that's how you work on discovery reports. I will jump back to the presentation. So we were looking at delivered discovery reports. The ad hoc analysis, how how you work on it building building and and and sharing is there is the sharing option that you can share with the groups or users. On the setup discovery reports, I just wanted to highlight 2 things. So before you use TakeWorld discovery reports, you in use, of course, you need to enable them, but it's important that you do that credit data sources and the field list creation in the source. I have a link here to the next level training in community, how to enable this code reports in your tenant. It it will touch these different topics. Okay. Then the last piece, very quickly, the Workday slides. So updatable presentations. So, link and how you can how you can build updatable presentations and how you can link live data into your presentation from Workday. So the Workday slides, it's lives in the same place. I will not say our Discord reports here. Yeah. We are we're done with. So let's discard that. So the presentations lives in the same in the trial as well. So I have here a a folder. I have prepared a presentation with Workday slides. In my Workday slides, examples, global modern services. So what Workday slide is, it's a presentation tool built into Workday, which you can use to build updatable presentation. I have here a title slide. I have pull in data on the headcount friend, then I have embedded some, linked, numbers into the text object here. Then I have some KPI elements here. And I can go here and do the presentation here. So it will go into presentation mode, and I could, for example, if you have some kind of a monthly reporting back, on people that you're on your finance that you prepare, you'd potentially do it with this tool. And how does this work is that now this chart here is linked to a worksheet behind the scenes, and that worksheet is pulling data from a custom report. And I can view here the linked cells, and I could go and refresh all that would refresh, pull the data from that worksheet. Let's add something. So let's say that we want to add a pay for performance. So let's go into adding something here. I will go back to my worksheet here or the drive here and into the worksheet that is used as a source for this. And what you see here is that there is, for example, in this slide this tab here is the data that is we're using used for the trending. So we are using behind this, there is a custom report called headcount trend. It's a report type from which we pull this data, and that's visualized on the slide. If I click refresh now, it will pull the latest data into this worksheet. And here we have another one where we have pulled the the whole full roster of the workers into the worksheets through this report here, status, HCM employee slides data report. And, again, I could go and refresh that data. It's actually refreshed here, so that's why I didn't do it. If you are not familiar with worksheets, worksheets is like your Google Slides or Excel embedded into into Workday. So here I can see, you can, for example, build functions. It actually has a very rich function library. It can also hand handle the instances, instance field, multi instance fields, things like that in the worksheet. We have put here just some if logic like this. Now going back, I want to add that pay by pay performance thing. So I have built a performance by pay quartile pivot table here on top of that live data that is coming. So I've pivoted page based segment, performance rating, employee count, and termination. How I add it into my slides is that I add a name define a name. So a range. So let's call this this is pay. For performance. Let's do space there. Define that. And now we have a named range that we can use in that slot. Let's add it. So final step here, add it into my presentation, global modern services, and I will add it into the pay for performance. I have made a placeholder already in the slide. So I will go to insert a linked chart. It will ask me where do I want to source that data for. So I choose slides, data that work with the worksheet that we had, and then we have pay for performance. Datasheet here, I will choose the chart type. So I will choose a heat map as an example here, and I will insert that data into my slide like that. Maybe I want to do some setting here. Let's switch the performance to the x axis and have the have the, quartiles on the y axis. So that's how you work with slides. This is how you build this presentation. Then you could go and add text. You could link numbers into that text, all kind of things that are there. Highly recommend to look in this tool. Alright. So that was the demonstration today. So we started with the report writer. We were looking at discovery reports and then Workday slides. And with that, Juha, do we have any questions? Yeah. Let me just switch my camera on as well. We do. And, the QA and the chat has been very, very active, Yoni. And, we're doing our best to answer as many of those as possible. And, you know, huge props to Seymour because Seymour has been helping us very actively in the chat. So yeah. We've been very impressed, Sima, with your knowledge. So very very nice to see that we have such expertise in the customer base. Now we do have some, questions. Let me just, find them. So I'm not sure if this is completely answered, but, here's a question from Claire. And, Claire's asking, did you say that if we cannot find discovery board in our drive, then it's because of the security issue as opposed to it not being released yet? Yeah. It can be basically 2 things if if you basically, you don't have access to that discovery port, so it's not being shared or it's that you are not yeah. You don't have access to the tribe. Those could be the two reasons, I think. Okay. Yeah. Short and simple. Yeah. Okay. And, I believe I had something chosen here, but said, can a customer field be added as a field? But I think that's been answered maybe already. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. And you can you can use calculated fields as well in the discovery reports. But as as I said in the beginning, when you use discovery reports, make sure that you are operating on the on the index fields, because that's important for the perform that will current that that's important for the performance. And, of course, there is also the capability. Maybe maybe in the later sessions of more of the from the call, we can touch a bit, but you can also index fields, in for your data process. So if you have something nonindexed that is very important, consider indexing it for your resource. Good. Okay. I found another one as well here. So that is from, yeah. Can we hide reports in profile group if user does not have access to data source? We still aren't on the call yet. I'm not sure about that. Maybe there'll be something that we will come back, afterwards. That's fair. Well, we will come back to that for sure. And, yeah. Before we, before we wrap up, Yoni, any any I I know many customers are, like, getting on this journey. Any words or wisdom from you to sort of encourage our customers to get on to Discovery Board? And what are the sort of, I guess, you know, the best tips you could give customers to get going? Yeah. So first of all, report writer is not going anywhere. So discovery board is on side of it. I always say I always recommend you when you have a new reporting requirement that look at that if this would be feasible, something that could be done with the discovery post because it very powerful capabilities, new visualization types, things like that coming in. So start with that and analyze, okay, is this a valid, use case for discovery before going into the old fashioned way doing the report. Right? That's my one tip that I can give give you here now. Excellent. Perfect. Alright. Then we say thank you to Jommy. Thank you. And, we will welcome Max and Elena onto the stage. Perfect. I will, bow out, and it's over to you. Thanks so much. Thank you so much, Juha. And also, again, thank you, Yuni and Ronen, for providing us with this nice and good overview on, the strategy and the road map for our reporting and also showing us how it can look like in the system. And I was everyone is starting to, activate and, advance in their journey with Workday reporting. Of course, there is still one question left, and that's an important one from my point of view. It's, are those reports then also being used and creating value for your organization? And I do have those initial discussions a lot of time as a customer success manager with our customers, but I'm not the expert on it. And that's why I'm really, really happy that, I'm joined by my colleague, Elena, today. And, Elena, you are a manager of, a team of consultants dealing with reporting analytics, guiding our customers on their reporting journey in Workday. And maybe to kick our session off, I think the most important question would be why is it even important to also measure on your reporting? So basically, build a report on your reports. Hello, everyone. So it's nice to be here that I have been invited to talk about such important topic, that is reporting adaption. So to answer your question, I want to show some statistics and, show you the story around it. So when we think about high level management, so all the, c level people who are also giving all the budgets to implement different systems and also Workday and, reporting is included in in Workday. They really want to use the data to improve the, results of the company. And, if we are also thinking about the future, if you don't have good data in your system, you won't be able to use all these really nice AI functionalities. So that's why, we should focus on the reporting in the system and do more database decision making. And the reality is also in the slide that only 13% of our, all the organizations are using data effectively. So, basically, helping the organization to grow, to get new customers, to maintain existing ones. So we can agree it's really an important topic, and you should definitely tackle it. But, of course, like, starting is always the hardest part of it. Do you have any kind of recommendation on how to start off this kind of journey? Yes. So you are lucky that you have joined today this call, and maybe some of you have this, package solution already in your in your tenant. But we have created the package solution that is called reporting adaption metrics, and it's built for our HCM and FID customers. So it's, for any customer that is using reporting. And there are 5 different topics that are discussed or you can get answers about. So it's about reporting scope enabled, reporting users, reports usage, dashboard usage, reports performance, and, also other reporting tools that we have heard also already today about. And this whole solution is giving you the overall picture about the tools, how they are used, and also how they are used by your end users. That sounds amazing. I think there's so much in there, but, coming back to one one word, basically, you said a one word frame was, it is a Workday package solution. And in the beginning of the session, we saw, via the poll that, a lot of our listeners today are also just in the beginning of the process and maybe not everyone is aware of what a Workday package solution is. So could you maybe go a step back and, elaborate on what is a Workday package solution and how to get it? Okay. No problem. So, a package solution, in this case, specific case, is a custom report with the custom reports included. But it can be also some integration, can be some, tenant setup, and it's created to solve our customer problems. And, mostly, it's done for some specific, businesses, industries that, every word their customer won't be able to use. So and product is not planning to implement in, for everyone. But in this case, this solution, of course, reporting adoptions, would be useful for, everyone, every customer, work their customer. So, product didn't have it in the pipeline. So me and my team, we came with the help to, help you all. And, all these package solutions, so it's, one of the package solutions, but there are many more. You can find them all in Workday marketplace. So here, you can review, package solutions that were made by Workday and also by our partners. Some of the package solution, like, presented this one today, you can do it by yourself today. You don't, need, consultants to help you, but some of them are more complex, so you will need to have a implementation team and consulting team to help you. And, to explain how it's, how you can get it to your tenant to your production tenant is there is something that is called customer central. So it's a mother tenant for all your tenants. So your production tenant is there, your sandbox tenant is there, and, also, it could be any of other, technical implementation tenants. So they are all combined in Customer Central, and then you can go to the con configuration catalog, pick the solution that you want to have, and migrate to your, implementation or sandbox tenant. Of course, you need to remember that you can't push anything to production. So first, you need to review, test with your data, see what you like, what you won't like. And, as it's a custom solution, you can change all the reports. And when you are happy, then you can migrate it to your production tenant. Perfect. Thank you for giving some more context to it, and I think that sounds really awesome having that option to really just move it over and have already a good starting point to begin with. Coming now back again to the specific Workday package solution you mentioned in the beginning, for the adoption reports, on your reporting. Could you maybe share some kind of insights, what is already included in this, prebuilt solution? Okay. So, let's see in our key features. So the first, that we also see on this, print screen, it's small, but maybe you can see, every reporting functionality that was also discussed today, discovery board slides, trended workers, and then embedded analytics, you can see those functionalities if they are turned on in your tenant. So if it's a green light, that means it's turned on. If it's red light, you don't have it. But, don't be too happy when you will see that everything is green because the functionality is turned on, but then you need to find out if if, there is something created. So then afterwards, in the next tabs, you will see find out if how many reports, what kind of reports are created, and then going in also usage. So, that is the next to the next topic is about tool usage. So, basically, we will see how many old types, slides, worksheets, alerts, discovery boards have been created in the tenant. And very important topic is, of course, performance. So, you can find out what kind of data sources are you using. Are all of your reports only on standard data sources? For instance, you are an old customer, and when you were implementing Workday, there were not so many index data sources. So most likely, you would need to rebuild them on new new data sources to make performance faster. Also, you need to remember that Workday has this 40 seconds on that 45 seconds limit. If the report doesn't run-in those, 45 seconds, that means that it takes too long. So there are ways how you can improve them. And it's with the drill downs and detailed data, you can learn much much more which report you should focus on. And, of course, one of the most important topics is the adaption as it, itself. So you will be able to see how, reports are used by different, people in different locations, by management level, by organizations. And, a dear, topic to, us as a Workday team, we always want that you will pick up the newest functionalities, and that's why also we have this call today that we want you to use all the functionalities so you will be able to see also in that point. So have you used discovery boards, have you used slides, and and any other, tools that are available. And, also, some, embedded analytics, you will see how many you have of of those. Nice. So it basically covers everything from the scope over the performance to adopting new features. That's nice to have kind of, such kind of a solution and, having all of that in there. But, again, coming back to the topic, if you're just starting the journey, sometimes it can be a little bit overwhelming. Right? Where should I look first? What should I focus on? So could you maybe share some kind of best practices, kind of experience you had, when guiding our customers, on their reporting journey? So I have picked, 3 reports today to to give you some customer examples. So about the usage in organization by different organizations, then, by management level. And the the third topic is about where the report is run. Is it run on screen, or it's, web services used? So let's let's go through it. So the first one. So it's a made up made up conclusion that you find out that there are many organizations that have much higher usage of reporting, compared to others. So, of course, I hope, at least, when you run this dashboard that you will see that your HR function is using, like, at least 70%, but then you will find that there are organizations that are, using it less. So in every organization, even in those low low low adaption ones, You can find someone who is as a role model. You can pick out the person that you, you can find out what this person is using, and then ask that person to present back to their function to see because it's sometimes easier to learn from other other people or your mates than someone, coming from reporting team and saying, these are the reports. You need to use them. So I think that it's a it's it's a good way to do it. And, of course, you can find out some other topic that can be maybe so nice that you will realize that you haven't built anything for those people. So that's the reason why they don't use it. It's nothing there. So the next, thing. For instance, you find out that your manager managers are not running the, reports directly with Workday. So, there could be few things. One thing is that, you will find out that their, assistants are doing that for them. So they have good lives or assistants does everything for them. Or maybe there is a lack of training, so people are afraid. They have don't have so much time to play around. So maybe you should focus and do some training specific for the leadership. Or the 3rd option, of course, that, there is nothing for the leaders. They have no time to look through the Excel, type of, reports with 200 lines and 50 columns. So you maybe need to do some KPI type of dashboard where you can see that, you use on only the charts and colors, that it's straight away. So if a manager looks at their chart, they see, okay. The turnover is growing. So that's the insights. And the third topic, so you can see that most of the reports were run by web services. So you have a situation that maybe you, should ask yourself, were you aware that everything was sent out to BI? You don't use the reporting. And if you have done that, are you aware that you are using the live data and actionable data? Because if people are using, BI, they need to run their reports there, then come back to Workday and and do their do all the action in in other system. So and, also, if there are so many web services, maybe the reason is that there are so many integrations maybe that even are running during the daytime, and that slows down the tenant, and maybe many people don't want to use reporting because it's, because it's too slow. Okay. Perfect. Thank you so much. I think now we do have a good overview on how to get it, how what's inside of it already, kind of best practices. Maybe we still have some listeners in here who are not quite sure if they should adapt it. Do you also have kind of any, feedback from customers already using it? If they are happy with it, what's the most important part for them? Yeah. So, in this slide, we can see a a quote from the customer that one was one of the first that they were very happy to have, delivery assurance for reporting in one, in one place, but it's all but the most important thing is that it is already long, customer that has been live in many, many years so they can see what is working and what's not working. And looking in the statistics from last week, at this moment, since April, it has been, available. 300 of our customers have downloaded and using it for their activities, improving their reporting in their tenants. Cool. So now we are all convinced. So the last question would be, how do we get started? What are the defined next steps to really adopt this Workday package solution? So it's straightforward. So you can go to the, Workday marketplace, search from for the reporting adaption, dashboard. And, we also in Workday marketplace, there is a demo of the solution. Each report is shown, and, and you can then download the technical guide that is step by step instruction, how you can do it, how to go to set the customer central tenant, how to load it, what needs to be set up afterwards in the in the tenant. And, of course, then you also have a playbook. There is all the questions that you can ask. You can find out what is, what is important, where to start, which topics, And the the most important is the 4th point, that you have a guide and you know where to start. We which are the critical points, and you just need to improve it. Cool. So maybe just if someone is struggling, do we have kind of guidance on how, they could go next or who whom they could reach out to? So, this is very important that everyone I hope that most of the people today on the call, they are reporting people, working reporting people. So it's really important that you are learning a lot, like, today and other events, like rising user groups. I have also added the link to, community with the next level for reporting specific. Please also join Workday Education Services. Today, I also answered the questions there was a person asking about if there is a training for a Workday discovery board. So there is a training. So go ahead and learn as much as possible. And if you still need some assistance, and you are lucky enough and you are our Workday success plans customer, so you can always ask an expert. So ask your question, and, someone will help you on on this question or any other reporting related questions. But if you are not Workday success plans, customer, don't worry. We have also something for you. So we have a service that is called expert assist. So it's a service where you can, pre buy. So it's signed SOW, and then you can buy hours as you go. So minimum 10 hours, and you can, get, help from my my team, consultants in my team so they can help you, in implementing the solution or any other reporting related question. Oh, cool. So a lot of options. And maybe to add on the last two ones, if you are interested in Workday success plans or expert assist and don't have this service yet, please also feel free to reach out to the customer success manager. They're happy to help you there, to get this, set up. Thank you again, Alina, for guiding us through this topic. Do you have any kind of last words, last call to action for all listeners today? Yeah. I can see from the chat that, there is people asking for the link, so I have prepared something for you. So if you're happy and would like to get this solution, so take out your phone, scan the code. It will bring you straight to your, marketplace, and you'll be able to get started with this solution today. Cool. Perfect. Thank you so much. I think, we'll have a look at the later in the year webinar topics. There was a request for finance. We're reporting topics. We'll look at those, and it will be nice to get more into detail on each of the areas. But for now, thanks so much for your time, and, have a great rest of the week. Thank you.
